If you didn't, you wouldn’t exist as a business or department. Cultural requirements shift over time and what used to be great might need a bit of adaptation. Creating great culture requires preserving the current best attributes and building in new dimensions purposefully.

Trying to wholesale change is painful and often results in backslide and leadership distraction.
