Amy Forehand is a Michigan-based leadership consultant and coach committed to growing employeeship by creating stronger partnerships between employees and their leaders. Leaders who work with Amy grow their employees’ responsibility, loyalty and initiative. They and their teams achieve higher levels of performance, increased independence to solve quality challenges, and better serve their customers. 

Amy has over 20 years experience working in operations and human resource functions. During her tenure at a fortune 500 company as Director of Workforce Strategy, she led efforts resulting in three consecutive year-over-year record breaking increases in employee engagement. She increased high potential talent development program outcomes by 200% and partnered with senior leadership to craft and adopt cultural values and beliefs to ready the company for the future. Amy also founded a workforce analytics function to improve the quantitative insights needed for leaders to make informed workforce decisions for the future.

Amy holds a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering and an MBA focused on Organizational Management and Strategy from the University of Michigan. She brings a foundation of problem solving and deep understanding of culture and organizational systems. Her experience equips her with a diverse and unique blend of operational, strategy, analytics, talent and culture expertise. These, when combined, create multi-faceted solutions to bring leaders and their organizations to new levels of success.
